Covid -19: FAQ and Hours Of Operation

The hotel is now open for all overnight guests who agree to our safety waiver. Our indoor and outdoor pools and most outdoor recreational features (No Saunas or Hot Tubs*) are now open for HOTEL GUESTS ONLY. Take-out and indoor dining are available from the Hearth ’n Kettle and Grand Cru Restaurant. Our Beach Plum Spa is now open! Capacity and some amenities are limited or are not available to allow proper social distancing and safety.

All rates: subject to change without notice. Rates may vary on holidays and school vacation weeks. All rates are subject to 5.7% state tax, a 6% local tax, and a 2.75% Cape Cod & Islands Water Protection Tax. Rates are per package, double occupancy except the Family Value Package. Children under 17 are free with adults. $20 charge for additional adult. $20 charge for roll-away bed. Microwaves are available at an additional charge.

All rates are based on availability, taxes not included, for all packages, room upgrades available for a surcharge.

Reservations may be made only by people 21 years and older. We do not allow pets.

A valid debit / credit card in the guest's name is required at check-in. The use of your debit / credit card at check-in will result in the authorization of the card to guarantee funds for your stay. This will cover:

  • Funds for the estimated amount of your entire stay, minus any deposit
  • $50.00 per day to cover any additional charges (i.e.: movies, restaurant, spa or gift shop) you may want to add to your room bill.
  • If you exceed the amount authorized, your card will be authorized again to cover any additional amount.

These funds will be held against your debit /credit card bank account. Any unused funds will be released by your banking institution approximately 2-10 days after your departure. Time frame varies by banking institution. Please call your bank with questions on the release of funds.

The Cape Codder Resort & Spa is now a completely non-smoking Resort. We no longer have any guest rooms in which smoking is permitted. Smokers can request a room with outside access to the outside for smoking purposes. Should a room smell of smoke upon departure an extra charge for cleaning may apply.

For all Spa Packages, we recommend that you call in advance to reserve your desired services.

New! Book your 2021 stay with confidence with our new Risk Free Reservations! In today’s world, we understand that plans change, so if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason (by noon 24 hours prior to arrival) we will refund your deposit.
No Fees - No Penalties - No Worries!

  • If you cancel within 24 hours prior to date of arrival, you will forfeit the deposit.
  • For bookings made through a travel intermediary (e.g. travel agents, OTAs), please contact your booking provider for assistance.
  • Not applicable to contracted group rates. Please see your group contact for your contracted cancellation policy.

Additionally, we charge a Resort fee of $5.73 per night plus tax. The Resort fee is a nightly mandatory fee for each room which covers the fitness center, heated outdoor pool, fire pit, unlimited local & domestic long distance phone calls, resort entertainment and the business center.
